1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

• Final sale, custom-made, and digital products are non-returnable.

3. Returns Due to Change of Mind

We accept returns for necklaces if you’ve changed your mind. The following conditions apply:

• The necklace must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• A restocking fee of up to 15% of the item’s price may be deducted from your refund.

4. Return Process

Initiate Return: Contact us at [support@yourstore.com] with your order number and reason for return.

Approval: Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Shipping: Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refunds

• After receiving and inspecting the returned necklace, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If applicable, the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

6. Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the original necklace and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
